FAQs

RETURN AND REFUND

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You may exchange jewelry within 60 days and watches within 30 days. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, custom designs, ear piercing earrings, gift cards and merchandise received via the Jewelry Replacement Plan. Jewelry must be in good condition and watches unworn, unaltered and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions. Prior to returning a smartwatch, we require the removal, un-syncing and deletion of all data stored on the product.  All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase  Credit and Debit Cards – The same account will be credited.  Cash – When funds are unavailable or cash refund amount is greater than $500, a refund cheque will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days.  Gift Card – Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law). Trade-Ins – You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise.  Exchanges Accompanied by a Gift Receipt – You may return your item for a gift card within 30 days of the purchase date. You may exchange jewelry within 60 days and watches within 30 days  CLEARANCE PRICING POLICY – Ticketed prices refer to the original ticketed price of the merchandise and may not have resulted in sales. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken before the clearance prices shown. Clearance merchandise may have been included in previous promotions. Clearance prices are available for as long as inventory exists.

Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see our return/exchange policy.

ONLINE ORDERS

Your order will be shipped from Zales.com to the Zales store of your choice. You will receive an email (and text message if selected at checkout) advising you when your order is shipped and another email when your order is ready for pick up.

No, there are no shipping charges applied to orders shipped to a store.

Your credit card will be charged for your purchase the day the merchandise is shipped to the store..

RING SIZING AND ENGRAVING

Zales offers engraving on select merchandise. It can take up to ten days for this service. For a price quote on specific engraving requests, please visit your local Zales store.

When you purchase a ring on Zales.com, you will be shown the size (or sizes) in which the ring is available. If you select a size other than the standard ring size shown, service may be required to adjust it. Ring sizing service will take up to three additional business days. Certain metals such as tungsten and titanium cannot be sized. Click Here to learn how to determine your ring size. If you do not see your ring size listed for a ring you like, please visit the Peoples Jewellers store nearest you to determine if a ring can be ordered in your size.
